The 2024 British Fashion Awards brought glamour, artistry, and individuality to the red carpet at London’s Royal Albert Hall. Stars, designers, and industry icons turned the night into a showcase of creativity, where every look told its own story. From daring silhouettes to timeless elegance, the evening celebrated fashion not just as spectacle, but as self-expression, cementing London’s status as a global style capital once again.

Simone Ashley arrived in a striking powder-pink high-low gown by Prada, capturing both whimsy and polished tailoring in one package. The structured train and confident silhouette made the dress feel modern and cinematic. Her look was elegantly poised but also playful — an effective red-carpet move.

Julia Fox took a very different route in a sheer white corset-style dress with emphasised form. The daring cut-aways and transparency made for a bold statement, one that challenged the standard gala gown format. Her look added edge and a strong individual voice to the evening.

Caroline Polachek chose a dress that married fantasy and craftsmanship: a gown by Alexander McQueen styled to look like flowing fabric turned into a mythic presence. She described it as “like hair or feathers, but much lighter”, emphasising the texture and motion. Her red-carpet moment was more than just clothing, it was performance.
