The red haired actor is thought to be one of the favourites to play the lead role in the upcoming ‘Fantastic beasts and where to find them’ Harry Potter spin-off trilogy. 

Both he and Nicholas Hoult are in competition for what is thought to be the biggest role of the decade. The first installment has been rumoured to have a November 2016 release.

The author of the original stories, JK Rowling has been working with the team behind the hugely successful Potter movies on the planned spin-off, and one of the original directors David Yates has been confirmed as director.
