Bieber has landed himself in more hot water this week. TMZ have reported that Jeffrey and Suzanne Schwartz are suing the singer for around £16,950 in damages for ’emotional distress’

Remember when Justin and his friends egged his neighbours? Well The Schwartz are those very same people. Mr Schwartz claims to this day,  which Bieber denies, that he was spat in the face by the star. Justin however did have to pay the couple $80,000 in damages for the incident.

Living next to Justin may be hard work, however just imagine overlooking his pool in the summer. We think it may be worth it, right?
